• Players, coaches, and chain gang are allowed free entry to FARGODOME
• Regular shoes MUST be worn into FARGODOME and on the concourse
• Regular Grass Cleats and Tennis shoes are allowed on field.  No metal cleats
• Locker rooms are provided on the West side where teams may change into uniforms although we encourage kids to be as dressed and ready as possible
• Teams can come down into the West locker rooms at the start of the game prior to theirs.  Please meet at Northeast corner and go down as a team. FARGODOME has someone staffed to coordinate teams down.
• Captains will meet on the 50-yard line at the half-time prior to their game for a coin toss
• All home teams will be on the west sideline, the visiting on the east
• Stretching and warmups behind endzones or near corners
• Home teams must provide 3-person chain crew to run down markers which are; Carrington, Edgeley, Harvey, Langdon, Sargent County and New Rockford
• Quarters will be 10 minutes with continuous clock, stopping after extra-point attempt and restarting at snap of the football.  Extra points are worth 2 points from 3 yard line.
• Each team will be provided two 30 second timeouts per half with a 3-minute halftime.
• Please get in and out of huddle as fast as possible so we can maximize our number of plays
• No athlete over 125 lbs can carry, throw, or receive the ball.
• No more than a 6-man defensive line until inside of the 10-yard line. Interior Lineman must be in 3- or 4-point stance. Defensive ends can be up.
• When one team is ahead by 20 points or more, all backfield positions must be changed.  Exception is your backup quarterback, if he was in a running position. 
• Please don’t ring up score.  Make this a positive event for everyone!!! Have Fun!
• No kickoffs, ball will be placed at the 35-yard line to start.  Will play full width and length of field after that.
• Fumbles are Live and play will continue.  NO Blitzing
• Free punt, no returns and no rushing or, instead of punting may take 20-yard advantage
• No more than 2 backs deep to return punt
• Each team must provide their own water and please clean up sidelines when done.
• Do not dump water or spray on coaches or any other player
• Each Team must provide own Med Kit
• Each Team must bring a $250 check made out to Luke Kutz and leave with ticket sellers. 
• We will once again have the Fastest Kid in the Dome contest at 1:00. Only players are able to participate. Top 3 placers will win T-shirts.
