To submit a lost claim, please fill out the fields below and describe your lost item in as much detail as possible. If you lost a credit card or ID, please include the name on the card/ID in the Item Description field.

Lost & Found Policy
Items returned to Lost and Found will be held for ninety (90) days before being donated to an appropriate charitable organization. FARGODOME is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
