Suite Rental
Trade Shows/Conventions
$300 plus event admission
Suite reservation begins the first business day of the week, three weeks prior to the designated event.
High School Activities/Amateur Sporting Events
$400 plus tickets
Suite reservation begins the first business day of the week, three weeks prior to the designated game.
NDSU Football Games
$1,000 plus tickets
Suite reservation begins immediately after the schedule for the upcoming season has been formally announced.
Family Shows/Motor Sports/Professional Sporting Events
$500 plus tickets
Suite reservation begins one day prior to tickets going on sale to the general public.
Concerts
$750 plus tickets
Suite reservation begins one day prior to tickets going on sale to the general public.
- Suites are designed to comfortably accommodate 16 people
- Your suite rental does not include the purchase of your event tickets. You will be expected to purchase admission for 16 along with your suite. (Cost of tickets will be rounded up to the nearest $50)
- Your payment in full, including the appropriate ticket fee and damage deposit, is payable when you sign the contract
- A $200 damage deposit is refunded in full after you vacate the suite and it passes an inspection (Part or all of the deposit may be withheld if necessary damage occurs to the suite)
Catering and Beverage Service
Renters can get the same catering and beverage services enjoyed by our suite owners. If interested, request a detailed menu when you inquire about suite rental.
