About the Gate City Bank Theatre
Year after year, theatre-goers are enthralled at the FARGODOME by world class entertainers like Lorie Line, Manheim Steamroller and Broadway casts in award winning shows such as Rent, Lord of the Dance, Cats, The Sound of Music, and many others.
How Do We Do It?
Transforming the 20,000-seat FARGODOME into a more intimate theatre setting for 3,500 is a carefully orchestrated undertaking. Before the cast and crew arrive, Fargodome staff will have put in place a sophisticated theatrical grid system which includes 102 pieces of truss, 104 chain motors, over 500 various rigging parts and over 20 additional motorized parts.
Among the performances are the touring versions of shows that are produced and run on Broadway. The Broadway Series is staged by entertainment company, Jam Theatricals, which presents and produces theatre engagements on Broadway and throughout North America.
