
Stop by the Guest Services desk and have one of our representatives place a wristband on the child with your seat location on it. If you and your child become separated, all we have to do is check the location on the child's wristband and walk them back to your seat! This wonderful service is FREE and available during every event.
If you lose something during an event, stop by the Guest Services desk. If it’s not there, our representative will have you leave your name and phone number and we will give you a call if it’s recovered.
If you realize you have misplaced something after an event, please give us a call at 701-241-9100 during business hours and we will check our logbook to see if the item was recovered.
Available for some events, not all. The cost of the coat check is $1.00 per item.
The FARGODOME has a limited number of wheelchairs. These wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis. Wheelchairs cannot be reserved before the event needed. The wheelchairs can be checked out free of charge at Guest Services, which is located on the concourse at Section1.
Three Gate City Bank ATMs are located throughout the building. One is located in the east lobby, the other two are located on the both the east and west concourses.
The FARGODOME features numerous concession stands throughout the arena. A wide variety of food is available including: hot dogs, Dominos pizza, coffee and much more. Guests are not permitted to bring any outside food or beverages into the FARGODOME. Containers including bottles, cans, thermo bottles and plastic coolers are not permitted for the safety and protection of our guests.
Available for all spectator shows that serve alcohol except family shows. This area is an alcohol free zone.
Changing counters are available in all restrooms for patron convenience.
The following rules are general and can be overridden base on a specific request from the attraction or promoter:
Sporting events:
Non-flash, still cameras of any type may be used to take pictures of sporting events or events where house lights are illuminated during a performance. Any tripod or other photography equipment may not be used or placed in any area of the building without building issued media credentials.
Concerts and other events:
Cameras with a detachable lens or lens of more than two inches are prohibited from all FARGODOME concerts. The use of flash photography is prohibited. The event promoter reserves the right to deny camera use at any time during or before the concert and to prohibit the use of any camera that is deemed unacceptable.

These are prohibited at any time during an event (with the exception of certain events). The FARGODOME reserves the right to examine and prohibit use of any camera that its staff deems unacceptable. Tape recorders are not allowed (with the exception of certain events) at any time at the FARGODOME. Failure to comply with the FARGODOME camera policy may result in the film or memory card being confiscated.
Alcohol beverage policy – The FARGODOME requires every guest who purchases alcohol to have proper identification. With every I.D. the guest receives up to two beverages.
Animals – Trained guide dogs or service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted inside the arena. All other animals are prohibited.
Banners and signs – Banners are allowed in the arena for some events, however they may not be hung or fastened anywhere in the FARGODOME.
Emergencies and evacuation - Designated FARGODOME ushers have been trained in proper procedures for emergency preparedness. These designated employees will have primary duty of assisting patrons with disabilities to specific locations.
Guest conduct – FARGODOME is committed to providing an exciting, family atmosphere in the arena. Guests using foul language or appearing to be intoxicated will be ejected from the arena. Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing with be denied entry. The use of laser pointers is strictly prohibited and will result in ejection. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the event, please contact a FARGODOME event staff member.
Outside vending – Outside food and beverage is prohibited.
Prohibited items- In the interest of guest safety and enjoyment, the FARGODOME reserves the right to prevent certain items from being carried into the arena. These include, but are not limited to, weapons or anything that can be used as dangerous projectiles. Similarly, other items that may jeopardize the safety of the viewing/listening enjoyment of the guests may be prohibited.
Re-entry – There is no re-entry to the arena.
Smoking policy – FARGODOME is a smoke-free building; smoking in your suite is strictly prohibited. Designated smoking areas are located outside the building at the northeast and southwest corners.
Ticket scalping – This is prohibited on FARGODOME premises. It is strongly recommended that you do not purchase your tickets from a non-Ticketmaster third party.
